You ensure that our customers are ready to work with our applications. Together with our developers and the Customer Service team, you ensure a smooth implementation. A large part of your work is therefore done from our office in Berchem. You also support customers during the start-up.
To work smoothly, our applications must be aligned with our customers' business processes. You map them out and then configure our applications in the best way. You really think along with the customer. You also provide training yourself to our clients so that they can continue to use the application.
Are we moving fast enough? Are we missing anything? You keep a cool head and closely monitor the progress of the projects. You monitor the budget and communicate proactively with the customer about this.
