Thanks to your curiosity and helpfulness, you provide the best support for our customers.
From Customer Service, you make the difference by detecting the needs of your customers and thus helping the software to evolve in the right direction.

A question you don't know the answer to yet? Let the challenging questions come! You know how to deal with them. Nothing is more fun than to find out and to be able to answer the customer as quickly as possible, right? Follow a training course to be able to help the customer even better? That's great!
Customers will ask you how to work with our Software modules. You know our modules inside out, and you understand the art of explaining complex things in simple terms that make our customers feel at ease.
You will independently search for solutions to questions. You will work closely with our developers and other departments. You quickly see connections and have an eye for commercial opportunities.
Of course, you do not always have the answer at hand. So sometimes you have to analyse the question carefully and ask the right person for advice.
You think in solutions and can make strong analyses: this is more important to us than your degree. If you have practical experience in customs or with our application, that's a plus! You have at least 1 year of relevant work experience and a background in IT can provide an accelerated start. There is a possibility to work from the Berchem/Antwerp office or the Eindhoven office.
