Is at the helm of our IT department

You will develop and implement budget management and planning strategies within our IT department. This means that you ensure that IT projects are implemented on time and within budget. You have a vision of future IT developments and can translate these into concrete actions. Here it is important that you have experience with change management and migrations from on-premises installations to the cloud. You understand the challenges of managing an IT department and can communicate efficiently with other departments and customers. You are also not afraid of supporting customer environments on an IT technical level. You will be responsible for the network of three sites, requiring regular travel to the Netherlands.

Has technological understanding

You have experience with Azure, internal network management, cloud governance, hosting and security. You can apply this knowledge to optimize and secure our IT infrastructure. Experience with ISO27001 is a great asset.

Is a true captain for the team

You have at least 5 years of experience in leadership roles as you lead and motivate our IT team. You are responsible for hiring, training and supervising employees. In addition, you create a positive work environment where team members can grow and excel.
