All member states are faced with many legal changes that come our way as a result of the implementation of the UCC. The Netherlands is no exception. AGS will make way for DMS.

You may have heard this term mentioned before. But what exactly does the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism mean?

The pilot phase for DMS entry cannot start

We would like to give you a short update on the state of affairs regarding the development of DMS 4.

In the coming years, a lot of changes within the world of customs await us. In order to inform you as much as possible, we give a short overview of the most impactful changes.

The ever-increasing volumes of imported goods put the capacities of our customs under pressure. More digitalisation of the declarations was therefore imperative. Therefore Stream Software participated in the development of a new system of globalisation declarations, the so-called e-globalisation.

There has been much speculation about DMS4, but it never really materialised. This has now changed: the Roadmap has been drawn up by Customs and the details are starting to take shape.
